Terms of Service

Welcome to the Axium06 Services Limited mobile application. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the mobile application (the "Service") operated by Axium06 Services Limited ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

To participate in tournaments hosted on this Service:

  • You must be a resident of Indonesia.
  • You must be at least 17 years old. If you are under 17, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and participate in tournaments.

We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any stage, particularly before awarding prizes.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Online Tournaments & Rules

3.1 Participation

By joining a tournament, you agree to adhere to the specific rules and regulations of that particular event, which will be published within the App prior to the start of the match.

3.2 Fair Play & Anti-Cheating

We are committed to fair play. We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using third-party software (bots, aimbots, macros) to gain an unfair advantage.
  • "Smurfing" (using a secondary low-level account to play against less skilled opponents).
  • Collusion (working together with opponents to fix match results).
  • Exploiting in-game bugs.

3.3 Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant and ban their account immediately if they are found violating the Fair Play policy or behaving inappropriately (e.g., harassment, hate speech) towards other players or staff.

4. Prizes and Rewards

  • Distribution: Prizes will be distributed to winners after a verification process. This process may take up to 30 days.
  • Taxes: All taxes associated with the receipt of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, in accordance with applicable Indonesian tax laws. We reserve the right to withhold taxes where required by law.
  • Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless we, at our sole discretion, determine otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Axium06 Services Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Axium06 Services Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
